How sources flow into the deck

From public source to operator-ready card.

1. PullEvery 6 hours, FreighterDeck fetches all sources above. Each source is tagged with its name (e.g. [CBP CSMS], [Federal Register], [AAR Weekly Rail Traffic]) so attribution flows downstream.

2. DigestAll tagged source lines are concatenated into a single digest fed into Claude Haiku as context. No source is summarized in isolation — context matters for cross-domain inference.

3. AssessClaude assesses all 13 freight risk domains using the digest plus current freight market knowledge. Returns signal strength (1–5), label, summary, why-it-matters, operator action, watch-next, and confidence.

4. UpsertSignals are upserted to Supabase. The daily brief (07:00 ET) reads the top-ranked signals and synthesizes the morning operator brief.
