1. What We Collect
We collect: (a) account information you provide (email address for paid subscribers); (b) access token usage logs; (c) standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps); (d) Stripe payment data for paid plans (we do not store full card numbers — Stripe handles payment processing).
2. What We Do Not Collect
We do not collect: shipment data, carrier accounts, customs entries, EDI transactions, freight quotes, or personal supply-chain data. FreighterDeck is a read-only intelligence tool — we do not integrate with your TMS, ERP, or carrier accounts.
3. Cookies and Local Storage
FreighterDeck uses browser localStorage to store your last-visit timestamp and optional lens preference (no personal data). Paid authentication uses an httpOnly secure cookie scoped to freighterdeck.com. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising pixels.
4. How We Use Your Data
We use data to: (a) authenticate paid subscribers; (b) process subscription billing via Stripe; (c) send transactional emails related to your account (subscription confirmation, renewal, cancellation); (d) improve the product; (e) comply with legal obligations.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We share data only with: (a) Stripe for payment processing; (b) Supabase for database hosting (U.S.-based); (c) Netlify for web hosting and serverless functions (U.S.-based); (d) law enforcement if legally required.
6. Data Retention
We retain account data for active subscribers and for 90 days following cancellation. Server logs are retained for up to 30 days. You may request deletion of your account data by contacting tom@phase3ai.com.
7. Security
We use HTTPS for all connections, httpOnly secure cookies for authentication, and Supabase row-level security policies to restrict data access. No security system is perfect — use FreighterDeck at your own risk and do not store sensitive business information in your account.
8. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting tom@phase3ai.com. We will respond within 30 days. For subscribers, cancellation and data deletion are available at any time.
9. Children's Privacy
FreighterDeck is intended for business users and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of FreighterDeck after changes constitutes acceptance.
